A Reminder of Our Purpose

I was reminded of my purpose last night and my heart hurts. It was kicked off by a post on my facebook feed and then other mothers started chiming in with their own personal stories.

This is the story that kicked it off

"My son told me last night that he no longer wants to be brown- he would prefer to be beige or white. He told me that another little (white) boy has been telling him his skin is disgusting and that he's dirty."
