I started the #kidstakeover two weeks with @justbreetv when I was inspired about their post talking about the injustice in the world. At such a young age Justin and Breanna had amazing perspective and strength to speak their truth. .

Last week the Amazing 11 year old entrepreneur Kyree (@kyreeslounge) of @girlgangstronginc took over.

Check the highlights on Instagram for their stories

Since, I put out a call to our community and have come across even more amazing youths that are truly inspiring.

It's so important to me to share this platform that has been created because it was created for our youth and they are truly trailblazers in their approach and resilience to this world. .

Blaize is a gifted writer and speaker with her essay on White Fragility being featured in @shiftermagazine

I was introduced to Blaize when she appeared on @ctvnews
And stated "racism is the norm for her" 💔. I knew she need more avenues to tell her story.

And coming up
✨ Darius Spence (@ericaelita ) - A 10-year-old Pickering boy who made a video on his experience with racism and sent it to  Toronto Deputy Mayor @councillor_thompson .

✨Daveisha (@daveisha_speaks) who I saw give an impassioned speech at a local Black Lives Matter rally in my home town Scarborough organized by @powerfilledyouth_t.o

✨ Cameron (@ogcammyd) whose YouTube video on growing up black in Canada has gone viral. Cameron speaks of travelling to over 40 plus countries and being highly accomplished but still being judged by his appearance. I highly recommend you check out his video.

I am so happy to give these amazing youths a space to share their experiences and provide advice on how parents can support them in building an environment that help them as well as other children grow up to be Confident Kids where everyone appreciates difference♥️
